Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. A confirmation email will be sent when your order ships.

Standard UK delivery: 1–3 business days.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays. You will receive a tracking number via email.

Risk passes to the customer once the parcel is delivered. If delivery fails, additional carrier fees may apply for re-delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders or during promotions. Conditions will be clearly displayed at checkout.

You may cancel your order before delivery without penalty. If cancelled before delivery, we refund the full purchase price including standard shipping.

Currently, we ship only within the United Kingdom. International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking numbers are sent by email. For delivery issues, contact support@akgomnishop.com. We’ll help with delays, missing packages, or damage claims.
