Refund policy

Returns
You may return most items within 14 days of delivery under UK/EU statutory rights. Items must be in original condition, unused, and with original packaging.
Once your return is approved and we have responded to your email, we will provide a return address or prepaid return label.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned under our discretionary policy, such as:
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Personal care products
Note: Statutory rights may still apply.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • For change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for return postage.
  • For faulty or incorrect items, we cover return postage.
Sale Items
Items on sale are returnable under statutory rights. Discretionary returns may be limited unless faulty or misdescribed.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before delivery under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. We will refund the full purchase price including delivery costs if the order is cancelled before dispatch.
